In a move that was somewhat expected, BWT has signed with Alpine, becoming the teams title sponsor.

The signing of BWT will raise the question of how will they incorporate the now iconic pink into the Alpine livery. There is no question that the car will become a fully pink car, similar to the Force India days, it will more than likely see the pink incorporated as part of the design of the livery. One thing is for sure the added pink will be more than just as after thought, which seemed to be the issue with BWT and Aston Martin last season.
The news that BWT has joined forces with Alpine, could add more weight to the speculation that Ex Aston Martin team principle Otmar Szafnauer is also heading to the French F1 team.
