Auction House, RM Sotheby’s has placed an upper guide price of £8.374million ($9.577m) for the Ferrari 2003-GA when it goes up for sale on Wednesday.

The F2003-GA, which was named after the late Fiat boss Gianni Agnelli was designed by Rory Byrne and Ross Brawn contained some new aerodynamic features including a longer wheelbase. It is also one of the last V10 engines, that produced 930BHP, reaching 19,000rpm.

Some of the reasons for the eye watering price tag include the chassis, numbered 229 is the most successful of the 6 produced, and one of only four Michael Schumacher-era chassis to win five or more in a championship winning season.
