Abbi Pulling takes the F1 ACADEMY doubleheader and heads for victory in Miami.

Pulling starts on pole position for the second time this weekend.

Bianca Bustamante of ART Grand Prix starts alongside her on the front row, followed by Doriane Pin of PREMA Racing.

Further back on the starting grid, the home races of Chloe Chambers started in 8th with the other American, Lia Block starting in 12th.

Yellow flag in lap 1

As the lights go off, Pulling sets up a defensive move on Bustamante heading onto Turn 1. Pulling keeps her lead heading into Turns 2 and 3.

Shortly after the field gets through the first sector, a yellow flag is shown for Turn 1.

Tina Hausmann of PREMA Racing sporting the Aston Martin livery is shown exiting her car.

Lola Lovinfosse of Rodin Motorsport was given a 10-second penalty due to the avoidable collision caused to Hausmann on turn 1.

Hausmann is a victim of Lovinfosse’s front right lockup, due to Lovinfosse’s front left wing puncturing Haussmann’s back right rear ultimately ending her race. Unfortunately for Hausmann, this was a double DNF weekend for the PREMA driver.

By lap two, the first three drivers remain the same.

Chloe Chambers, driving the HAAS F1 livery made up four positions on the first lap, allowing her to comfortably sit in fourth.

In lap four, the front of the grid has settled but the 15th and 16th positions of Courtney Crone and Emely De Heus take jabs back and forth

In lap five, Pulling continuously sets the fastest laps. Chambers sits comfortably in fourth with a 2.4 gap to Pin. Maya Weug sits in 5th nearly holding up the rest of the grid.

Weug, sporting the Ferrari livery is holding up the train of cars from 5th to 10th with just a nearly two-second gap

By lap seven, Lovinfosse and Nobles aggressively go at it side by side. Lovinfosse makes a late move on the side of Nobles on Turn 17. Lovinfosse hits the back right rear of Nobles sending both cars off of the track.

Penalties for Lovinfosse

Despite the collision, both cars continue on course. Due to Lovinfosse’s late desperation on the turn, she is awarded a second 10-second time penalty.

On the 10th lap, Jessica Edgar and Nerea Marti go side by side. Edgar ultimately overtakes Marti. During Edgar’s overtake, Lia Block makes a small mistake allowing De Heus the 11th spot.

Heading into turn 11, Marti regains her position back from Edgar. Edgar performs the switch back after turn 1 and regains her lead heading into turns 2 and 3.

Unfortunately, Edgar shortly finds herself losing the rear and is sent running off of turn 7. This error removed her from the points-scoring position.

Pulling is unbeatable

Pulling’s lead on the final lap has grown to just over 3.5 seconds. Pin begins to hunt down Bustamente for the second spot on the podium. Despite Pin’s ability to cut down the gap nearly in half, Bustamente keeps her starting position.

In the F1 Alpine livery, Abbi Pulling put on a dominant weekend. From lights out to waving the checkered flag, Pulling led all 26 laps of F1 ACADEMY weekend in Miami. Pulling extends her F1 ACADEMY lead by 21 points.
