We’re well on the run up to the start of the season, merely weeks away. However Max Verstappen has been very eager to display his new number.
In what looks like a very cool 🧊 Red Bull promotional shoot. The first time champ can be seen driving against a mixture of different vehicles in an old modified Red Bull car sporting his new number on the nose.
Speaking to Sky F1 at the event max said.
“I mean how many times do you get the opportunity to swap no? And #1 is the best number out there. So, yea, for me it was very straightforward to pick the #1, and hopefully, #33 doesn’t come back next year.”

When asked about the 2022 car he also said..
“It looks a little different, but at the end of the day, it’s still a Formula One car… In testing, we can do a lot of laps and get a lot of information about the car, which is important. I can’t wait to start again.”
We are very close to seeing the car for ourselves as the launch date for the team is on the 9th February.
