Of the news, Edgar said,“I’m pleased to announce that I will be racing at Zandvoort with Chris Dittmann Racing as it is my favourite track, so I’m super excited to be competing there twice this year. Entering British F4 is a great opportunity for me to have more seat time so I can be as prepared for my 2024 campaign in F1 Academy. Hopefully, we can do well and carry on the strong results the team already has had.”
Chris Ditmann followed on with, “We’re very happy to be welcoming Jess to the team for the visit to Zandvoort. It will be a baptism of fire for her to get up to speed quickly, but we’ll do all we can to work with her so she feels comfortable in what will be a new car for her to drive. The focus for Jess is to be prepared for her F1 Academy races like Carrie, so we’ll help build her knowledge throughout the weekend.”
