The young French driver joined the Williams Racing Driver Academy last year ahead of his second season in FRECA. After multiple wins, pole positions, and podiums throughout his career, Giusti is ready to make the next step.
Early Career
Alessandro Giusti spent just two years in karting before graduating to single seater racing in 2021. As a French driver, he competed in French Formula 4 in 2021. Giusti won the French F4 Junior title after finishing sixth overall in the series.
Though he won two races and finished high in the standings, Giusti spent a second year in French F4. In 2022, he won the French F4 Championship. It was time for him to face a new challenge.
In 2023, the young Frenchman raced in the Formula Regional European Championship. After winning three races and finishing sixth in the championship as a rookie, Giusti caught the attention of Williams Racing.
2024 in Review
Giusti returned for a second season of FRECA in 2024 with ART Grand Prix. While he didn’t win the championship, he improved to fourth overall. His multiple race wins and podiums made him one of only six drivers to finish the season with over 100 points.
Formula 3 Debut
The 18-year-old will race for MP Motorsport instead of ART Grand Prix in Formula 3 this season, and he will be competing against his top rivals in FRECA as well as experienced F3 drivers.
Alessandro Giusti is the only Williams Racing Academy Driver competing in Formula 3 this season, so he will be the team’s main focus in that category. The backing of Formula 1 team will provide Giusti with the extra training and resources needed to thrive in F3 and eventually F2.
The 2025 FIA Formula 3 season starts Mar. 14 in Melbourne, Australia.
