ALBON RECOVERING AFTER SUFFERING RESPIRATORY FAILURE

Alex Albon is recovering in Hospital after post-surgical complications. Albon had his appendix removed on Saturday after feeling unwell in the morning and withdrawing from the race weekend. The surgery was successful but Alex suffered from respiratory failure from a “known but uncommon” side affect of anaesthesia. He was moved to an ICU overnight and put on a mechanical ventilator, but is now breathing on his own and looking forward to a hopefully speedy recovery. He is due to be released home tomorrow.

Williams Driver Alex Albon missed out on the Monza race weekend due to Appendicitis which was diagnosed early on Saturday

All statements from Alex and Williams F1 team seem hopeful that the Thai driver will be healed and ready to get back in the car ready for Singapore at the end of September.

Everyone from the Everything F1 Team wishes Albon a speedy recovery, and we hope to see him back on track soon.
