Now sponsored by Aramco and Cognizant be prepared to get your teeth into the new name Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant F1 Team.
But it looks great. They’ve dropped BWT so there is no pink to be found on the car. Instead its replaced with the neon yellow, found on the Aston Martin GT3 & Le Mans car
What is a surprise are the ventilation holes down the side pods, which is the first car we have seen with this feature.
Aston Martin should be applauded, this is the first “actual” car launch this season. We have no early evolution of the car (Haas) or a “car launch” that was no more than a chance to show off their new title sponsor (Redbull). Aston have produced and shown the car that will be racing at Bahrain.
What is even more impressive, is that everyone you look at the images of the AMR22 you are drawn to more details that you missed the last time.
One thing that the Aston Martin launch has confirmed, the 2022 cars look STUNNING.
